The National Shooting Sports Foundation recently named Patrick Shay director of retail development. He comes to the position with fifteen years of experience in shooting and hunting products industry.
Shay will manage NSSF retailer education programs and act as a general resource for retail managers. Firearms retailers make up the fastest and largest growing segment of NSSF’s membership.
“We are thrilled to have someone with Patrick’s knowledge and experience in firearms retailing join NSSF,” said Randy Clark, NSSF managing director of business development. “He is well-equipped to lead NSSF’s efforts to help firearms retailers grow their businesses and adapt to what has become a dynamic marketplace with many new customers and new products.”
