The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission is reminding hunters of their requirement to check harvested deer and pronghorn antelope electronically this fall. Pronghorn antelope taken outside the Oct. 8-23 firearm season and deer harvested outside of the Nov. 12-20 firearm and Nov. 12-22 Earn-a-Buck seasons must be checked electronically within 48 hours of kill and before 1 p.m. on the day following the close of the season. Hunters may electronically check their game via Telecheck by visiting www.NEdeercheck.com or calling 800-405-7700. Telecheck is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
