The fifth Hobie Fishing World Championship will take place on Shang Lake, Changshu, China November 9-16. Four qualifying events will determine a total of five spots on Team North America.
Listed below are dates, locations and registration links for the four North American qualifiers. The Border City Classic will be held on the U.S./Canadian border to determine two winners: the highest placing Canadian and highest placing American.
May 29-31 – Hobie Bass Open- Kentucky Lake, KY
May 15-18 – Jamaica Bay Classic- New York
June 28 Border City, Windsor, Ontario, Canada
August 30 – IFA Tour – Georgetown, South Carolina
