Sportsman Channel to debut ‘Boone and Crockett Country’

“Boone and Crockett Country” debuts June 27 at 6:30 p.m. EST on Sportsman Channel. With historic conservation success stories as its hallmark, the series opens its eighth season with a new network and new host, Shane Mahoney.
Each episode will cover conservation issues of critical importance to those who cherish the tradition of hunting and the great animals we pursue. Viewers will also see hunting action ranging from a spot-and-stalk pursuit of black bear in British Columbia to joining a lucky recipient of a special elk tag in Pennsylvania.
“Boone and Crockett Country” was voted Best Conservation Series in 2011 on a different network and is the winner of a Bronze Telly Award for outstanding production.
The series will air three times a week through the end of December. Airtimes include Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. EST, Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. EST and Sundays at 10:00 a.m. EST.
