NC Wildlife Resources Commission to offer free workshop on reptiles

The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission will facilitate a workshop on native reptiles Oct. 6 at the Cool Springs Environmental Education Center. Through hands-on fieldwork and classroom presentations, participants will learn basic biology and habitat requirements for snakes, turtles and lizards. This is a free workshop open to anyone 16 and older that has an interest in reptiles. While there is no charge for this workshop, pre-registration is required and space is limited.
