Muzzy Outdoors LLC announced today that it has acquired Muzzy Products Corp. from the Musacchia family. The terms of the sale were not disclosed. The parent company of Muzzy Outdoors is Feradyne Outdoors LLC.
Michele Musacchia Eichler, CEO of Muzzy Products, commented, “My family is pleased to pass the reins to Feradyne’s President and CEO Rich Krause. Rich is a bowhunter and recognizes and will continue Muzzy’s dedication to producing the No. 1 fixed blade broadheads and bowfishing equipment in the industry.”
Feradyne Outdoors LLC designs, manufactures and sells a range of innovative outdoors product brands, including other leading brands in the bowhunting industry. Feradyne also owns Rage Outdoors, who sells the line-up of rear-deploying Rage Broadheads, the new RageCage Quiver and the Nockturnal brand of lighted nocks.
