WEST POINT, MS – Last week’s Golden Moose Awards recognized some of the best in outdoor television, including seven awards for Mossy Oak sponsored shows. Mossy Oak is proud to include some of the industry’s best hunters, producers and television personalities in their ProStaff lineup.
Jim Shockey’s “The Professionals” won Best Overall Production, Best Big Game Hunting, Best Sound Design and Best Videography/Camera work. Drury Outdoors’ “Bow Madness” received the Best Deer Footage award and “Ram Outdoorsman” won Best Show Open. Ted Nugent took home the coveted Fan Favorite Best Overall for “Spirit of the Wild.”
The 14th Annual Outdoor Channel Golden Moose Awards took place on January 16, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nev., during the 2014 SHOT (Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade) Show. Mossy Oak’s Ronnie “Cuz” Strickland presented the Best Deer Footage award along with World Series Champion, Boston Red Sox starting pitcher and Mossy Oak ProStaffer Jon Lester.
