By an 8-1 margin, Active, Senior-Active and Life members approved new bylaws language simplifying the formula for figuring distributions from OWAA’s Endowment Trust, including the Bodie McDowell Scholarship Fund and the John Madson Fellowship Fund. The new formula will offer endowment trustees more latitude and responsibility in determining distributions. Endowment trustees recommended the change last fall.
