Media invited to participate in walleye egg collection, view collection process

WHO: Ohio Division of Wildlife
WHAT: Walleye egg collection, photo opportunities to view collection, processing, and disinfection of eggs, interviews with fisheries biologists. Weather permitting, media members will be invited on boats to better follow the collection process but opportunities to capture photos and video from shore will also be available.
WHEN: Work will be daily, March 14-16, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The collection process may continue after March 16, depending on the success of the days prior. Call ahead for a status update for a possible weekend visit.
WHERE: Mosquito Creek Reservoir, Cortland (Trumbull County); state park ramp on south of lake.
