Exhibits are assigned on a first-come, first served basis and are subject to change. After your payment has been received, you'll receive a confirmation with a map of the display area including your assigned table location. Setup begins early on Day One. Located near registration, the exhibits are set up for the duration of the conference. Also includes an exhibit during the Breakout Day.

We now include liability insurance which meets all of our insurance requirements - all built into your booth space fee. You will no longer need to go through all the hassles and costs of submitting your own compliant insurance. We hope you appreciate this new benefit.

Rainprotection is our insurance partner, and we are happy to provide exhibitors this no-fuss insurance plan that covers all our exhibiting partners. Every booth purchase automatically includes a fully approved insurance certificate.

Description: Deadline to register is 30 days before the event. Suites are assigned on a first-come, first served basis and are subject to change. $500 charge is to rent one suite for one night. Host MUST also provide food and beverage for the suite as well.
