Brotherhood Outdoors new season Watch and Win contest kicks off with Texas elk hunt

Nashville, TN- The Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s TV series, Brotherhood Outdoors, returns to Sportsman Channel on Sunday, July 7 for its fifth season of taking everyday sportsmen on extraordinary adventures. The new season kicks off with Mike Kraning, a sheet metal worker from Kenosha, Wis., as he stalks big Texas elk in hopes of replacing the only trophy on his wall – a road kill buck. New episodes will air on Sundays at 11 a.m. Eastern with encore airings on Tuesdays at 3 p.m. and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.
Co-hosted by Daniel Lee Martin and Julie McQueen, the new season spotlights eight hardworking union sportsmen as they chase their lifelong goals or continue living out their passion in pursuit of a mixed bag of big game, turkey and both fresh and saltwater fish. Each week, viewers will get an intimate glimpse into the lives of these unique, blue-collar characters, their passion for the outdoors and their desire to make a positive difference.
As part of a Brotherhood Outdoors Watch & Win promotion, viewers who tune in to the first three episodes of the new season and correctly answer questions posted on the show website (www.brotherhoodoutdoors.tv/contest) will get a chance to join Daniel Lee and Julie for a once-in-a-lifetime Russian boar hunt in Tennessee’s scenic Cumberland Mountains with the weapon of their choice.
“We are thrilled at the opportunity to take a lucky winner on the Watch & Win grand prize trip,” said co-host Julie McQueen. “We’ve personally chosen the location, and we feel like it will be a life-changing experience for whoever wins! We can’t guarantee that the winner will shoot straight when they see a massive Russian Boar, but we can guarantee that we’ll be there to enjoy the moment with that person.”
Presented by Bank of Labor, Brotherhood Outdoors is also sponsored by the following unions, contractors and corporate partners: Carhartt, Employee Benefit Systems, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, National Electrical Contractors Association, ULLICO and United Association/International Training Fund.
