NEWTOWN, Conn. – The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms industry, is pleased to announce that Reeves & Dola, LLP, has renewed its Bronze-level sponsorship for this summer’s Import/Export Conference. Based in Washington, D.C., and headed by principals Johanna Reeves, Mark Dola and Teresa Ficaretta, this law firm specializes in international trade of defense and commercial products, with a focus on firearms and corporate compliance.
Taking place August 2-3 in Washington, D.C., the NSSF and FAIR Trade Group Import/Export Conference gathers industry professionals to discuss the many compliance issues facing today’s U.S. firearms and accessory makers negotiating the complexities involved in doing business with other countries.
“We’re very pleased to have this law firm join us again as a sponsor of our Import/Export Conference,” said Melissa Schilling, NSSF Director, Exhibitions and Conferences. “Feedback from last year’s conference tells us that attendees valued Reeves & Dola’s expertise and resources, and we expect that to be the case again this year.”
“We are very proud to sponsor the 15th Annual Firearms Import/Export Conference,” said Johanna Reeves. “This event, brought by the industry for the industry, is the only one dedicated to educating the firearms/ammunition import and export industry members in regulatory compliance. We are honored to be associated with such a forum.”
A joint presentation of NSSF and the FAIR Trade Group, the 2016 Import/Export Conference is the firearms industry’s premier educational event for manufacturers and others in the supply chain doing business internationally or considering such expansion. Additional sponsorship opportunities for this conference are still available. To learn more, contact Chis Tatulli, NSSF Director, Exhibit and Sponsorship Sales, at ctatulli@nssf.org.
