Exhibits are assigned on a first-come, first served basis and are subject to change. After your payment has been received, you'll receive a confirmation with a map of the display area including your assigned table location. Setup begins early on Day One. Located near registration, the exhibits are set up for the duration of the conference. It also serves as your meeting table during the Speed Connections networking event. No one can staff a table (either exhibitor or for Speed Connections) unless they are a registered conference attendee.

Deadline to register is 10 days before the event.

Please note, you can only purchase an exhibit table online if you also purchase a registration ticket. 

Description: Deadline to register is 30 days before the event. Suites are assigned on a first-come, first served basis and are subject to change. $750 charge is to rent one suite for one night. Host MUST also provide food and beverage for the suite as well.
