You do not have to register your spouse or family for conference, but if they are not registered, they will not be able to attend any conference meals, sessions or off-site activities, including Breakout Day. If they would like to attend any of these activities, they can register for the whole conference or individual days of conference. All conference meals are included in the cost of registration. We will also be working with Visit Fort Wayne to organize activities for spouses and families with more details to come as we get closer. For more information about spouse and family arrangements, please contact Jessica Seitz at jseitz[at]owaa.org or 406-728-7434.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable shoes and casual clothes to the welcome dinner, EIC awards party, workshops and outdoor activities (breakout day). The Honorary Awards dinner on Monday night is more formal, a tie and sports jacket are recommended. While all conference sessions will be inside, Breakout Day will be outside, so please pack rain gear should it be necessary and be prepared for the heat.
