Native Peoples

The magazine is dedicated to the sensitive portrayal of the arts and lifeways of the Native peoples of the Americas. Founded in 1987, it has a paid circulation of 50,000, an estimated readership of 150,000, with subscribers in 36 nations and an extensive Web site. It buys freelance articles and photographs by Native and non-Native contributors. The magazine accepts queries for stories via mail or e-mail (preferred).
