We are making an effort to move our conferences more regularly around the country and are targeting the Southeast and Western regions for our 2021 conference. Our 2021 conference location will be announced following site visits by headquarters staff in winter 2018 and a presentation at the January 2019 board meeting.

OWAA will work directly with the host city Convention & Visitors Bureau during the bid process. While OWAA’s conference is traditionally held in June or early July. A completed Bid Questionnaire must be returned with all submitted bids in order to be considered. You can also contact Jessica Seitz, jseitz[at]owaa.org, with additional questions.
OWAA conference will host 200-250 attendees from a wide array of outdoor communication professionals. Conference is structured as a 3-day peak night pattern over the course of a weekend.
