Has served on the boards of the local Extension office and ASNV. Member, Appalachian Trails Conservancy, Trout Unlimited, Loudoun Nature Conservancy, Prince William Trails and Streams Coalition, Audubon Naturalist Society, Audubon Society, and several other environmental groups.
