Application Process

Applications are processed on the 5th and 20th of every month.

Supporting Groups

An email will be sent to confirm receipt of all new applications as soon as they arrive at the office and you may begin to take advantage of your Supporting Group benefits as soon as your application is received. Applications are then processed and entered in our system twice a month and welcome packets are mailed immediately after the application has been processed. This can be anywhere between 1 – 2 weeks after the application is received at headquarters depending on the date it was sent and the packet will take approximately one additional week to arrive in the mail.

New Supporters are announced in the Association Updates portion of Outdoors Unlimited and in the Members-Area of the OWAA website after processing. Due to publication deadlines and our bimonthly printing schedule, print announcements can be up to 2-3 months after joining, but online announcements are updated twice a month.
